Eligible returns
You may request a return when an eligible item is damaged, defective, incomplete, materially different from its description, or the wrong item was delivered.
Return conditions
- Submit the request within the displayed return window.
- Keep original packaging, accessories, labels, manuals, and proof of purchase.
- Do not use, alter, wash, install, or damage the item beyond inspection.
- Provide clear photos or video when requested for verification.
Items that may not be returned
Perishable goods, personal-care products after opening, custom-made items, digital goods after delivery, and items marked final sale may be non-returnable unless they arrived incorrect or defective.
Inspection and resolution
Returned products may be inspected before replacement, wallet credit, or refund approval. If an item does not meet the return conditions, it may be sent back to the customer.
Delivery responsibility
Customers must provide an accessible and accurate delivery address. Failed delivery caused by incorrect instructions or unavailable recipients may result in additional delivery charges.
