This Cancellation Policy explains when customers, sellers, or Megamall may cancel a marketplace order.
Customer cancellation
You may cancel an order from your customer dashboard while the cancellation action is available. Once a seller starts packing or dispatches the product, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process may apply instead.
Seller or platform cancellation
An order may be cancelled when a product becomes unavailable, pricing or listing information contains a material error, payment is not verified, the seller cannot fulfil the order, or delivery is not possible at the supplied address.
Prepaid orders
When an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, the refundable amount is processed according to the Refund Policy. Payment-provider processing time may apply.
Cash-on-delivery orders
No payment refund is required for an unpaid cash-on-delivery order. Repeated refusal or misuse of cash-on-delivery may result in account restrictions.
Promotions and coupons
After cancellation, a coupon or promotional benefit may be restored only when its rules, validity period, and usage limits allow it.
Unavoidable circumstances
Megamall may cancel or delay an order because of product unavailability, payment or safety concerns, delivery coverage limitations, severe weather, public restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
